By accessing or using LogicLoom ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LogicLoom provides an AI-powered business logic management platform that allows users to create, manage, and execute business rules through natural language and APIs. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Credits

AI credits purchased are non-refundable and do not expire. Credits are consumed based on usage as described in our pricing page.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LogicLoom and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the rules and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. API Usage

Access to our APIs is subject to:

  • Rate limits based on your subscription plan
  • Proper authentication using API keys
  • Compliance with our API documentation
  • No sharing of API keys with unauthorized parties

We reserve the right to suspend API access for violations of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGICLOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogicLoom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
